Stages of multi-stage inspection
Incoming inspection
Checking raw materials, components, materials before production start. Verification of accompanying documentation (certificates, passports), compliance of marking and appearance.
Operational control
Control during production at individual operations. Checking compliance with technological parameters, conformity of intermediate results to process requirements.
Acceptance control
Final inspection of finished products before packaging. Verification of product compliance with technical specifications, drawings, standards using statistical methods.
Packaging and labelling control
Control of the operation for compliance with work instructions and customer requirements. Checking identification and traceability, preventing shortages, excess and mix-up, checking packaging integrity.
Finished goods control
Final stage of product inspection before shipment. Confirmation of objectivity of previous checks, identification of possible missed non-conformities and process stability assessment.
Shipment control
Checking packaging, labelling, order completeness. Photo documentation of each batch.
